The Pickle Chronicles

Nevada Brining Company Handcrafted in the silver state – Deli style garlic and dill pickle

4.5 out of 5

The ingredients are pretty basic on this one: cucumber, water, white vinegar, salt, dill, garlic, and spices.  I had high expectations for somebody who considers themselves, a brining company and they do deliver. The ingredients are simple. The crunch is fantastic and the flavor is spot on. It’s always exciting to get more than garlic and dill or just more than dill in general. But a great pickle rarely needs much more than that other than a little spice.  In my opinion, it’s wonderfully balanced and this brine dances on my pallet the way you expect anybody from the biggest little city to dance.  Did you know that Nevada is called the Silver state because in 1859 the largest silver deposit in history was found right there in Nevada. It might have even been near Sparks Nevada, where the Nevada brining company was handcrafting some of the finest deli style pickles in all of the silver state.  It’s really everything you’ve ever wanted out of a deli pickle.  And I don’t consider my self a betting man, but I’ll bet you’ll feel the same way if you try them too!
