4.2 out of 5
Ok to start with I can’t stop saying the full name every time I pull the jar out of the fridge. To everyone or no one, it doesn’t matter who is around. I’ll walk up, open the refrigerator (fully aware I’m going in there for this jar of pickles) and say “Ah! Kickles, from Triple B Farms. Pickles with a kick!” Then I’ll eat them with a stupid shit eating grin on my face for what seems like probably too long. Then I’ll put them back and say, “Thank you Triple B Farms for my Kickles” and then sometimes I’ll whisper “pickles with a kick!”. Then do it again in 5 minutes. It’s a chip that is dill but carries a touch of sweet- which will come from the sugar in the brine- and some real nice spice. The spice was delightful, but hard to pin down. Turns out it was chilly flakes and clove after reading the ingredients. The spice is low on this. Maybe like a 1.2 out of 5. It’s subtle and so very balanced. The chip has a really nice crunch which rounds this out to be a delightful pickle all around. Or should I say Kickle? In either case this kickle is a winner. Thank you Triple B Farms.
