The Amish are back baby!  And boy, are they are bringin the zesty sweet heat in this explosion of pickle pleasure.  The move here is to grab a spoon and just dig in there and scoop out a bit of everything these farm loving, scrabble playing, Amish Bride and Groom are shoving in this jar and enjoy!   You’ll find coarse mustard seeds, hot peppers, and so much more at the reception after you finish with the ceremony of cucumbers, onions, and some rogue celery in one of the bites. (I think the celery is crashing this wedding because it’s not in the ingredients, but I swear it’s in there.  Probably one of Uncle Ned’s kids…)  The heat is just fabulous and the crunch does not disappoint.  If this is what life on the farm is all about, you can sign me up every day and twice on Sunday.  I’d say it’s time to renew my Amish Wedding vows but I never fell out of love with them so for now I’ll just say, I still do.  And you should too.
