I desperately want to love this pickle.  With the right cucumber this could be a home run. But in its present form it’s maybe a single…or a bunt.. or got on base from an error.  This pickle is a smaller size spear.  Any two bite spear is appealing to me as it keeps your bite sizes short and to the point.  There is no monkey business with a TBS (two bite spear).  It really is the perfect size pickle. The brine itself is a little sweet but by golly it’s delicious.  If only the pickle itself was that good.. This TBS is not the most flaccid and soft I’ve ever had, but for a TBS it doesn’t even register on the crunch scale and the limp zone extends the length of the pickle.  Also the garlic is quite present and I don’t taste anything spicy in this jar.  I’ll hold steady at a 3.0 but I would give this one more chance in hopes another batch yields something with a little more “snap”!  Worst case, you have some delicious seasoned pickle juice for bloody Mary’s.
